Saturday, January 16, 2021, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Marissa Furnanz will join us on Saturday , January 16th from 1-3pm to share about her experience in the trafficking field.  We will also have a time for Q & A at the end.

Marissa Furnanz has been working to end human trafficking and sexual exploitation since 2007. She partnered with multiple anti-trafficking organizations in California and Oregon to do outreach, raise awareness and support vulnerable people. After moving to New Hampshire in 2009, she cofounded New Hampshire Traffick-Free Coalition, a faith-based coalition of survivor leaders and service providers working to end human trafficking across the state and beyond. She's led numerous trainings and awareness events, advocated locally, nationally and internationally for better policy, created video projects educating people on the harms of the sex trade and was instrumental in the founding of NH's anti-trafficking task force. For the last fifteen years, she has partnered with local, national and international organizations to bring an end to exploitation.
